OUR CLIENTS

Our clients are typically established owner managed businesses that have:-

• specific market expertise and experience;
• a profitable trading history but have been constrained by financial concerns; and
• have strong potential for growth once correctly capitalized.

OUR INVESTMENT CRITERIA

We limit our typical investment size to no greater than R25 million, however we will consider opportunities outside this range dependent on risk and reward criteria.

OUR PREFERRED INDUSTRIES

We typically seek small to medium sized trading/manufacturing business that are not labour intensive, and specifically exclude start-ups and businesses involved in technology, mining, agriculture and heavy engineering
